Through the University Engineering Alliance, students enrolled at any partner university can take online courses from the best partner faculty in the discipline across the alliance.   UEA University Partners include:  Baylor, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, University of Kansas, University of Missouri-Columbia, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and University of Oklahoma.

You must be accepted into a graduate degree program at a UEA member university to take UEA online courses.  Admission Requirements

Navy personnel who have nuclear engineering post-graduate training though BRES or the Nuclear Power School may apply for up to twelve credit hours toward their degree. Read more

The Department of Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering at Kansas State University (K-State) provides a Master of Science Degree in Nuclear Engineering (NE) specifically for Navy personnel through its distance education program. 

According to a 2015 report by U.S. News & World Report, Kansas State University ranks
No. 22 nationally in best online graduate engineering programs.

Students have the option to complete the program with:
  1. Course work only - 30-credit hours online, or
  2. 24-credit hours of course work and a 6-credit hour research thesis
